- Meet Coral! A long-time friend of DuoBoots, Coral is a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content creator. Having spent over 25 years in the fashion industry she now focuses on showcasing style over-40. We sat down with Coral and chatted all things style and boots!
- How would you describe your style in three words?
Colourful, classic, and sophisticated
- What five pieces are a must-have in your wardrobe?
Good underwear, a long camel coat, bright blazer, flared jeans, and a crisp white shirt.
- How will you be styling your DuoBoots this Autumn Winter season?
My boots are so versatile I’ll be styling them in multiple ways. With a leopard print dress, black maxi skirt and oversized cashmere jumper, skinny jeans and a blazer, and a short denim dress, they are perfect for taking me through the slightly warmer autumnal months to the depths of winter.
- What does being a #DuoWoman mean to you?
I was delighted to be asked to be part of DuoBoots’ DuoWoman campaign, and the first for the new season! I’ve loved DuoBoots for the past few years, and love everything about thing. From their good quality leathers and inclusive sizing, to championing women of all ages. At 52 it’s great to be part of this brilliant campaign sharing my style.
- Which DuoBoots style is your favourite and why?
I am obsessed with the Saffron cowboy boot in snake print. The shape of the style is super flattering, and they are so versatile. With a small, comfortable heel, they are perfect for day and night wear.
- We’re all about ageless style here at DuoBoots. Do you have any advice for women who might be feeling unsure of their style as they get older?
Wear what you love! Try not to follow too many trends and invest in a few classics for your wardrobe that you can wear without having to think too much about it. For me it’s jeans and a white shirt.
- How do you approach your wardrobe when it hits autumn?
The first thing I do is pack away any high summer items and get my cashmere pieces out, ready to wear with coats on cooler days.
- If you could give anyone three top styling rules to live by, what would they be?
Wear what you love, always wear good underwear, it’s the base for any great outfit, and don’t impulse buy. Before I buy a new item, I give it a couple of days thought to ensure I invest in the correct pieces I’ll wear over and over again.
