Actress, broadcaster and all-round national treasure, Kelly Brook knows a thing or two about iconic style. From performing centre stage at Crazy Horse, Paris, to co-hosting her Heart Radio show, her fashion sense is as multifaceted as her career.

We caught up with Kelly to talk all things boots, beauty must-haves and the fashion eras that shaped her. From the Saffron boots that channel her showgirl past to her go-to equestrian favourites, Kelly brings timeless glamour to every step.

You’re in your Crazy Horse era. Which DuoBoots style are you stepping back in time with? 

Crazy Horse, Paris, epitomises glamour and style, and we always had the best shoes and Boots whilst performing. If I’m in my Crazy Horse era, I’d absolutely be stepping back in time with something fabulous and timeless like the Saffron boots. They’re perfect for channelling that sultry, confident vibe from the past while still feeling fresh and bold. 

One album, a book and a luxury: what would you take to a desert island? 

If I were stranded on a desert island, I would hope it’s Fiji, as it’s where I filmed the first series of Love Island over two decades ago. I fell in love with it.

I’d definitely choose some 90s R&B and would love to have Global player on my phone so I could stream my Heart Radio show and listen to some good podcasts. Album-wise wise possibly Morning Glory by Oasis. I had the incredible opportunity to host the exclusive live coverage of Oasis at Wembley in 2000 when I was just 19, excited for their comeback. 

The book would have to be something a little comforting and timeless, so I’d choose Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. There’s just something about the wit, the romance, and those swoon-worthy moments with Mr. Darcy that never gets old. As for a luxury, probably some SK-II Masks for Hydration, a Papaya Skin Scrub that smells tropical—I currently like the Pevonia one. It’s a French brand I discovered recently whilst on a desert island.

Your top three wardrobe essentials…

A great pair of jeans would be my first choice. You can never go wrong with a well-fitted pair that flatters your figure. I’m all about something I can dress up with heels or dress down with a pair of trainers, especially a wide boot cut. 

I swear by an oversized blazer that I can throw on over a jumper or hoodie to elevate a look. Super comfy for my afternoon radio shows and keeps even a tracksuit chic. And, of course, a great pair of boots. They’re an instant confidence booster. Whether it’s something with a chunky heel or a classic stiletto, a great pair of boots can take any look from day to night in a heartbeat. Pair them up with Summer Dresses or boot-cut jeans.  

What would you say is the greatest fashion trend of all time?

Without a doubt, it’s the 90s! That was the decade of fashion greatness. I mean, from those iconic platform shoes and flannel shirts, the 90s had it all. It was all about that glamorous, sophisticated, yet effortlessly chic vibe. Think about those sleek satin slip dresses, those little black dresses with spaghetti straps, and those elegant midi-length numbers that were perfect for a night out. They had that wow factor but were so understated.  

And the greatest boot trend? 

It has to be the equestrian boot! There’s something so timeless about it that never goes out of style. DuoBoots' Haltham style is a personal favourite of mine and it’s one I wear on repeat. The classic design, combined with its versatility, makes it the perfect wardrobe staple!

Which three famous people would you invite to your dinner party (dead or alive) and why? 

If I could invite three famous people to my dinner party, I’d choose:

I would love to discuss Perimenopause and menopause with them. I think these beautiful, strong women having these conversations and using their platform to bring awareness to my generation is just wonderful. I’d ask them what estrogen cream they use.  

Describe your perfect boot.

It would have to be a combination of style, comfort, and a little bit of edge. I’d go for something like a classic knee-high leather boot, sleek and elegant but with a twist. The heel would be just the right height, so I can wear them all day, but still enough to give me that extra lift and confidence. Perhaps a chunky block heel like DuoBoots’ Dalia or Tabitha for that perfect balance of stability and style.
